Sidera Search Associates thoroughly assesses potential candidates and presents a selection of the best from that group. Once our client has selected the final candidate, we then complete full due diligence reference checking and assist with carefully managing the offer of employment.
Our job is not complete unless the candidate performs successfully within our client’s organization. We conduct follow-up sessions with both the successful candidate and our client to ensure that expectations are met for both parties.
